Sam (25-30): “Restaurant atmosphere is quite nice. However lights are broken, decoration should be better maintained (piece of wall is damaged). Food wise, I found the food fresh and tasty but lacking superior cooking style. So fair food for a fair price. All in all a nice experience, good vibe and tasty food at a reasonable price. Good for lunch or dinner when you are in the neighbourhood.”

Anonymous (25-30): “Food looks nice. Pizza a bit small. AOP spaghetti is good. Good food for this price. Love the dessert.”

Anonymous (40-50): “Didn’t like the bread. Need to up the bread quality. Plates could be more fancy. Need serving utensils with all dishes.”

Marco (25-30): “The salad is prepared in Chinese style, good. Pizza is to avoid, 4/10 for pasta. Should hire an Italian chef if they want to propose an Italian kitchen.”

Anonymous (18-24): “This restaurant will be the best in Shanghai because all dishes were very fresh and interesting. This place is very happy. All people in this were nice. But some dishes need more salt. Would come again.”

Eugene (25-30): “Haven’t had Italian in 5 months, this was such a treat for me.”

Anonymous (31-40): “Good.”

Britte (18-24): “The food was ok. It was edible for sure but it didn’t taste like authentic Italian food. I rated the food positively because it tasted good but it didn’t deliver the kind of heart-wrenching delicious kick in the mouth that I expect when eating Italian.”

Anonymous (25-30): “Average restaurant with simple, healthy, honest food. Small details can be approved such as too cold butter. No cutlery together with the dishes. But enjoyed the dessert of pana cotta very much.”

Giusi (25-30): “The salad: we don’t use mayonnaise with salad, we use olive oil. Bruschetta wasn’t cooked. Pasta with mushroom: you can’t use spaghetti, you can use only small pasta. Penne Bolognese was without meat. Aop spaghetti must be without onion and without shrimp. The flowers that were used for the atmosphere are the typical flowers that we use for dead people in cemeteries.”

Lei (31-40): “I enjoyed the food here, especially the A.O.P. Good price for value.”

Anonymous (18-24): “Lots of dishes were oily. The best dishes were A.O.P spaghetti, bruschetta and the ceasar salad. Pizza was quite plain. Pasta was forgettable but may be worth the price. The place is very nice. Maybe you should raise the price a bit but deliver better taste.”

Anonymous (31-40): “I wish we could have had soup- would have been better. Overall I really liked it a lot.”

Kuhelika (18-24): “Good ambiance and food smells and tastes amazing. Would definitely come back.”

Zoey (18-24): “Like the dessert a lot! Chocolate and mint or whatever it is tastes amazing!”

Matthew (18-24): “Like the beer! Quite a lot of pasta – perhaps one dish too many. Anyway, flavours good and desserts (both) really positive end.”

Stephen (18-24): “Nothing was particularly wrong but plenty of room for improvement. More flavour would make the bread-based dishes less bland. Also, try cooking till they’re a little crisper.”
